Welcome to MetarNow. By accessing or using this website (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
MetarNow is a free, informational dashboard that displays publicly available aviation weather observations (METAR) for selected weather stations, presented as current readings and simple historical summaries.
All weather observations shown on MetarNow are sourced from third parties, primarily the U.S. National Weather Service / NOAA (via aviationweather.gov and NWS data servers). This data is provided by those sources as public information. We simply retrieve and display it. We do not measure, produce, verify, or guarantee any of the underlying data.
The Service and all data are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the data is accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, or error-free. Weather observations may be delayed, missing, revised, or incorrect at the source.
MetarNow is for general informational purposes only. You must not rely on it for aviation, navigation, marine, emergency, safety-of-life, operational, medical, insurance, financial, trading, or betting decisions, or for any purpose where inaccurate or delayed information could cause harm or loss. For official aviation weather, always consult the appropriate official sources.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MetarNow and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service or the data, including any decisions made in reliance on it.
The Service may display advertising and links provided by third parties. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services, and their inclusion does not imply endorsement. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and them.
The MetarNow name, design, layout, and original content are the property of their respective owner and are protected by applicable laws. The underlying weather data is public-domain information belonging to its providers (such as the U.S. National Weather Service / NOAA). You may view the Service for personal, non-commercial use.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time; changes become effective when posted on this page.
